Confirmation of the reservation is subject to hotel availability. To redeem this voucher, please contact the reservations department by email at info@consolacion.com.es, indicating your name and
voucher number.
Electronic gift cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the beneficiary indicated on them at the time of purchase of the voucher.

Guests who are not staying on property can also redeem e-gift cards for experiences at the Restaurant.

E-gift cards can be used for more than one transaction; the amount paid will be deducted from the total voucher amount.

E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value until redeemed.

Hotel Consolación is not responsible for lost or stolen electronic gift cards.

Gift vouchers can be combined with other payment methods. Charges exceeding the accumulated value of the voucher may be settled in cash or credit cards accepted at the hotel.

The Hotel may modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately.

Cancellation Policy
The voucher is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
The cancellation policy will apply according to the rate contracted at the hotel. Please contact the reservations department for more information.
